We take collector-grade packaging seriously. Every order is wrapped in high-quality bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy, crush-resistant boxes to ensure your slipcovers and steelbooks arrive in mint condition.
Do you stock international imports and region-free players?
Yes, we specialize in boutique labels from around the world. Please check the product description for region coding (Region A, B, or C) to ensure compatibility with your hardware.
What is your return policy for opened media?
To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we can only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Defective discs can be exchanged for the same title.
When will my pre-order ship?
Pre-orders typically ship 2-3 days before the official release date. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your destination.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
